KwikMart AI is an intelligent shopping assistant built for a retail store, designed to help customers find products, check availability, and get answers to store-related questions — instantly, without waiting for a human agent.

The Challenge

Retail stores handle a high volume of repetitive customer enquiries — product locations, stock availability, store hours, pricing. Handling these manually drains staff time and slows down the customer experience, especially during peak hours when every second of delay costs a sale.

Our Approach

We started by mapping the most common customer questions KwikMart's team handled daily — product discovery, availability, and store FAQs. From there we designed a conversational flow that felt natural rather than scripted, trained the AI on the store's catalogue and knowledge base, and embedded it directly into the customer touchpoint for zero-friction access.
