The Palms Qualification Bot is an AI-powered lead qualification system built for Palms Properties — engaging incoming property enquiries 24/7, asking the right questions, and surfacing only serious, qualified prospects for the sales team to follow up with.

The Challenge

Real estate teams spend a significant portion of their time chasing leads that were never going to convert. Enquiries come in at all hours, and by the time a sales rep follows up, the window has often closed — or worse, time has been invested in someone who wasn't a serious buyer. Manual qualification doesn't scale.

Our Approach

We mapped Palms Properties' existing qualification criteria — budget range, property type, timeline, location preference — and designed a conversational flow that extracted this information naturally without feeling like a form.
