Project Overview

Rexly is a 24/7 AI coaching assistant built for learners on Rexly — answering questions, providing guidance, and keeping learners supported outside of classroom hours without putting more pressure on instructors.

The Challenge

Learners don't learn on a schedule. Questions come up late at night, over weekends, and between sessions — and waiting until the next class for an answer breaks momentum and kills retention. Coaching teams can't be available around the clock, but students need support that is.

Our Approach

We worked closely with the Rexly team to understand their coaching methodology and the types of questions learners asked most. The AI was then trained to reflect the programme's tone and knowledge base — so responses felt like they came from a coach, not a search engine. We focused on keeping answers clear and encouraging, not just technically correct.
