FoundersMate is an AI-powered automation platform built for early-stage founders — handling lead follow-up, customer onboarding, appointment reminders, and payment nudges through intelligent, personalised message sequences that run without manual input.

The Challenge

Solo founders and small teams lose deals not because their product isn't good — but because follow-up falls through the cracks. Leads go cold, onboarding is inconsistent, and payment reminders go out late or not at all. The problem isn't intent, it's bandwidth. There simply aren't enough hours to stay on top of every touchpoint manually.

Our Approach

We designed FoundersMate around the four communication moments that matter most for early-stage businesses: lead follow-up, customer onboarding, appointment confirmation, and payment collection. Rather than building a complex CRM, we kept the interface deliberately simple — founders pick a template, add their contacts, and the system runs. The AI personalisation layer was layered on top to ensure messages felt human, not automated.
