Makkan Innovation is a venture studio that provides digital product development, automation systems, and AI integration services for startups and businesses. We also operate a Partner Program that allows individuals and organizations to earn commissions by referring clients to our services.

Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any illegal purpose, to violate any laws, to infringe on intellectual property rights, to transmit harmful code or malware, to harass or harm others, or to interfere with the proper functioning of our services.

Content Standards

Any content you submit must not be illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or violate any third-party rights.

Eligibility

To participate in our Partner Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Commission Structure

Commissions are earned based on successful referrals that result in signed contracts and completed payments. Commission rates are as specified in the Partner Program documentation and may be updated from time to time.

Payment Terms

Commissions are paid within 48 hours after the client's first payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to withhold payment if fraud or violation of terms is suspected.

Partner Responsibilities

Partners must represent our services accurately, must not make false or misleading claims, must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and must maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared.

All content, features, and functionality on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Makkan Innovation or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for personal or business purposes in accordance with these terms.

Project Scope

All projects undertaken by Makkan Innovation will be governed by separate service agreements that outline specific deliverables, timelines, and payment terms.

Changes to Projects

Changes to project scope may affect timelines and costs. Any significant changes will be documented and agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary resources, access to systems as required, and prompt payment according to agreed terms.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, projects require an upfront deposit with remaining payments tied to project milestones.

Late Payments

Late payments may result in project delays and may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

We respect the confidentiality of information shared by clients and partners. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without permission, except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makkan Innovation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Makkan Innovation and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
